Version 1.3.2 of the Global Tax Expenditures Database (GTED) has been released. The current update includes:
- Five new additions: Azerbaijan, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Somalia, and Tajikistan. GTED now includes 116 reporting countries and jurisdictions, nearly 60% of the global total.
- 2024 data: all official TE reports as of 31 December, 2024 are now included in the database.
- Over 30,000 individual provisions are searchable directly on the website. From welfare-oriented policies (e.g. child tax credits, pension-related TEs, etc.), to business incentives (e.g. investment allowances, R&D tax credits, etc.), and many others.
The GTED is updated continuously. To make the most of it, we invite you to watch the explanatory video and explore the new version! More updates and a new edition of the Flagship Report are underway. Stay tuned!
